They were based on an unproduced concept by Kenner from the late 70s and are made of diecast metal with colors in hard enamel. The plastic clamshell can be opened to remove each Tot. Jason Peltz designed the artwork for the front of each card, and the backs have a design inspired by the vintage Kenner line, showing each Tot in the set.
