This is for an Ahsoka action figure that is part of the Vintage Collection from Hasbro made around 2012. This figure is still in the original packaging. The card part of the packaging has been signed by the actress that voiced Ahsoka Tano over the years, Ashley Eckstein. I was able to obtain Ashleys autograph at Star Wars Celebration a couple of years ago. The hologram in the lower right corner of the card is the authentication code that can be used to verify its authenticity. The bubble looks very good with no dings or dents. The corners are in great condition. The card is very flat and the hanging tab is still intact / unpunched. Unfortunately, there is one flaw in the card near the upper end of the lightsaber. This is a tear / scratch a little over 1 inch long. This scratch is just on the outer surface, it does not go very deep at all, but it is noticeable. The back of the card looks excellent, with no extra stickers or markings. Overall, this figure and card looks very nice and the autograph signed in silver Sharpie just pops.
