It is no longer in production and extremely rare! This helmet is in MINT CONDITION! The scale is 1:1 (life size). Only removed from its box to snap these photos for the listing. These particular stormtroopers were members of an elite squad who were trained to serve in volcanic environments, and their unique armor allowed them to maintain a cool body temperature. I believe the Black Series has released at least one action figure, based on these guys. In my opinion, the stormtrooper helmet is one of the two greatest helmets ever to be presented on the movie screen (tied with Vader)! I’ve specifically collected them, over the years, more than any other helmet style. If the helmet looks a bit “uneven” in places (particularly, the backside), it’s because this was made using 3D scans of an original helmet from Star Wars: A New Hope, and all of those original helmets were asymmetrical (due to budget constraints). So the design/construction is 100% screen accurate! A significant portion of my collection consists of all the different variants of “stormtrooper” helmets. I was planning to build a special display, to show off each of the different evolutionary stages of the “stormtrooper” helmet. But it was never meant to be. It truly is killing me to let this go! Now here is your chance to own this rare Crimson Stormtrooper helmet! It is constructed from durable lightweight plastic, exactly like the stormtrooper helmets used in the films! It comes with Velcro fitted pads, to ensure the most comfortable fit! It is in MINT CONDITION! THIS HELMET IS DISCONTINUED AND NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION!! I wish I could keep this, but the lady of the house is determined to rid the place of my Star Wars collection, to make room for things that “everyone can enjoy”. It’s really killing me to part with it! The wooden helmet stand is only used to photograph the piece, and is NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE LISTING! Comes with everything you see in the pics, except the wooden display stands. Packed so well, even a lightsaber couldn’t damage the contents!
